1. Technical services:

• manufacturing devices, machines and all production lines (including pre- or final assembly, testin  g) and oth er welding constructions according to Customer’s documentation on specialized 3D welding t ables (long term co-operation with Companies from Scotland, England, Germany etc.); 
• manufacturing spare parts of any kind of machines;
• full option in machining [turning (also CNC), milling (also CNC), grinding (shafts, holes and flat surfaces), cutting;
• welding any kind of materials (mild steel, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, bras etc.);

• hardening and ion nittriding (surface hardening similar to cementation - also stainless steel !!! );
• technical chromium plating (very hard surface used i.e. in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders);
• balancing of rotating elements (with accuracy to 0,1 g for elements weight about 1 tone);
• regeneration parts for machines by welding (using weld various wires) and po wdering by materials made by Eutectic-Castolin from Switzerland;
• regeneration of all kind of surfaces by welding (flat surface, outside diameters, holes); 
• plasma cutting steel plates (mild steel up to 130 mm thickness, stainless steel up to 50 mm thickness);
• sandblasting Sa 2 ½ according to ISO 8501-1; 
• hydro-kinetic painting steel constructions (TIKURILLA, JOTUN or similar);
• own Non-destructive Certified Laboratory accepted by Polish UDT No. L-II-008/03 (X-ray welds inspection; magnet-po w dering, penetrating, ultrasonic, metallographic researches, balancing, testing ball-bearings without disassembly etc.) – the best e quipment in North-Poland;
• own Length and Angle Laboratory (regular checking all measure devices);
• own Automatic and Electronic Department;
• own Energy and Energetic Department;
• and many, many more...

2. Specialized production areas:

• production of various types of reels and spools (to roll wires, cables, rods made from copper, aluminum, steel an d other alloys); 
• displace devices, machines, production lines and all plants; 
• repair, renovation and regeneration recycling devices (plastic, paper, rubber, metal etc.);
• design and manufacturing dryers to recycling machines;

3. Other activities:

• renovation and repair vacuum, pressure and non-pressure tanks, pumps, gearboxes, ventilators, blowers etc.;
• checking and repair lifts, forklifts, cranes;
• renovation and rewiring any kind of electrical motors;     

 4. Last biggest projects:

• manufacture and assembly production line to continuous, oxygen free casting copper rods (including assembly and full testing) for Scottish customer;
• manufacture and assembly (in Germany) line to inner transportation, quality control, cleaning the steel tubes and plates for German customer (belong to Vallourec & Mannesmann Group);
• manufacture and assembly line to transportation wooden (furniture) plates for German Company;
• manufacture grinders to milling ground and compost for our partner from Nederland;
• displace plant to production bituminous felt from Netherland to Poland (including disassembly, transportation, assembly, testing and start-up the final production);
• building tanks for polymer for Polish polyester fibers producer;
• maintenance in Company which produce paper in Poland
